Transfer Services in Greece - Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocols
We take the safety of our customers incredibly seriously.
Here at goTransfers we take the safety of our customers incredibly seriously, and we hope that everyone is looking after themselves and staying safe. We want to reassure our customers that we have issued all our drivers with the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended guidelines for basic protective measures against the new coronavirus (Covid-19). Your safety is our number one priority and that is why we have implemented robust Covid-19 health and safety protocols across our entire network, by asking our drivers to follow our safety plan.
Our drivers sanitize their hands before and after every service, using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer and there is hand sanitizer available for passengers.
All drivers and customers will wear a mask during the transfer.
Based on the information we currently have, open windows are the preferred option but if customers want the air condition to be switched on, it will be set to bring clear air into the vehicle, not in the recycle mode.
Flexibility with driver wait times, because we understand health screenings and airlines are taking longer than usual.
Increased vehicle cleaning between each transfer.
Gem Travel follows the Health Protocols in place for Covid-19 as set out by the Government of Greece for all of its transfer services, every driver also has our own Health and Safety plan with specific instructions in the case of any suspected Covid-19 passengers.
Our drivers should be encouraged to go home or stay home if they feel sick. If at any point one of our drivers shows any Covid-19 symptoms, they will be quarantined for 14 days and anyone else within the business that has been in contact with them will also be quarantined. The vehicle will also be taken out of service until it has been completely sterilized.
Our drivers are tested every week for Covid-19.
